There are a couple of small shops that are not too far away but you will need a car. Ask at Reception for directions.
The nearest supermarket to Thurnham Hall is Booths, there is also a large Sainsbury’s in Lancaster city centre.

Tesco will deliver your groceries direct to your apartment, however as they classify Thurnham Hall as a business address you need to take the following 3 steps before you place your order:

- Call Tesco on +44 (0) 845 722 5533 (0900 – 2300 Mon – Fri, 0900 – 2000 Sat & 1000 – 1800 Sun) Option 4, and explain that you are adding an address that they classify as a business but the local store at Carnforth with deliver with no problems so can they please unlock it.

The nearest shopping area is Lancaster city centre which has a range of small, chain and department stores. The shopping centres of Preston & Manchester are reachable by both car and train.
