Check in / Check out Check-in time is at 16.00 and checkout at 10.00am.

Reception is open 24hours – Basic food Provisions sold from reception.

At Your Service (optional): For (GBP 15; 18 Euro) you can order a food delivery consisting of a loaf of bread, 6 eggs, 1 jar of jam, 1 litre of orange juice, 1 pack of cereals, 1.5 litre of water, 1 litre of milk and 1 butter or margarine. This will be awaiting your arrival.

Hospitality pack: Within your accommodations you will find a Diamond Resorts International® arrival hospitality pack consisting of tea bags, coffee and decaf sachets, sugar, sweetener, milk, salt, and pepper.

You Need To Know

At check In: Please provide your confirmation letter, picture identification and/or passport as required. We will require a major credit card imprint upon your arrival as a security deposit and for your convenience of any incidentals.

Internet – An Internet connection is available in the hall. There is no printing service.

Televisions Each apartment has terrestrial TV and DVD facilities:

Safe For peace of mind during your stay there are 4 safes available at reception which can be rented.

Pool / Beach Towels Pool / Beach Towels are available for purchase from the Leisure Centre. Alternatively, you may hire towels during your stay.

Massage and Beauty Therapy There is a qualified beautician. You can make bookings via the leisure club reception.

Credit Card Transactions – Major credit & debit cards are accepted (excluding American Express)

Holidays – Please be aware local shops and banks have very limited opening hours on these days, please check at reception for further information.

Activities Programme – Thurnham Hall runs an activity and entertainment program.

Q . Where is the nearest post office? A. Turn right at the end of the drive and head for Glasson Dock, which is two miles away.

Q. Do we need a Rod license for Fishing? A. Yes you do, these are obtained from a Post Office the cost of this is £3.00 for one day.

Q. Do we need to prebook for the Restaurant? A. Yes, as we have limited spaces available. phone extension 217

Q. Where is the nearest large Supermarket? A. Turn right at the end of the drive after 3 miles, turn right at the roundabout carry on to the end of the road and Booths Supermarket is situated across the road, their is also a large Sainsbury in Lancaster.

Q. Do we have an Emergency Doctor near by? A. If you require a Doctor during your stay, please ring 01524 842284

Q. Is there a Duty Chemist near to the Resort? A. To find out the Duty Chemist in the Lancaster / Morecambe area, contact Reception.

Q. Can reception exchange currency? A. Reception can only carry a small amount of money, and so advice guests to exchange money at a Travel Agency or Bank in Lancaster City Centre.

Q. Can we charge restaurant and bar items to the apartment account? A. Unfortunately, this service is not available at present.

Q. Can we send letters or postcards etc from reception? A. Yes, Mail is collected each morning at 7am

Q. Do we run a courtesy bus? A. Unfortunately we do not offer this service, but there is a bus service that is available from the end of the drive, please ask reception for a bus timetable.

Q. Where is the nearest petrol station? A. Turn left at the end of the drive and the garage is 2 miles down the road on the right hand side.

Q. How can I find out more information on the local area? A. Ask at Reception if we don’t have the information you require we will endeavour to find out for you.

Q. Do you sell Newspapers? A. Yes, we can get newspapers for you on Saturdays and Sundays only, if you order the day before by 5pm.

Q. Where is the nearest ATM (cash dispensing machine) A. Turn right at the end of the drive, Thurnham Mill on the right hand side is open for cash dispensing 9am- 11pm via the reception entrance.
